43rd Postal Pension Adalat to be held in Mumbai on June 20

PUNE: The 43rd Postal Pension Adalat (PPA) on the Maharashtra Circle Level, will be held on June 20.

Officials said that the Pension Adalat would be held at 12 noon in the office of the Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai to redress problems of Pensioners and Family Pensioners of Department of Post Maharashtra Circle.

“During this Adalat, the complaints relating to postal pension only will be entertained,” said the officials. They added that there should be one complaint in writing from one person along with the relevant information and documents.“The Pensioners and Family Pensioners of Postal Department who are having any grievances regarding pension may write to Senior Accounts Officer, Office of The Postmaster General, Pune Region, 4, Finance Road, Pune 411001 so as to reach on or before May 13.”

The officials added that complaints received thereafter will not be entertained in the Pension Adalat. 

They added that cases involving purely legal points including succession and grievances involving policy matters will not be considered in Pension Adalat.
