Sakal furniture expo kicks off with much fanfare

PUNE: The five days Sakal Furniture Expo by Sakal Media Group started with much fanfare, on Thursday, as it offered a shopping spree for Puneities in this summer days at Pandit Farms.

Over 500 stalls at the expo will offer an array of attractive furniture and home decors, which are sleek and stylish under one roof. The stalls comprise of different kinds of sofa sets, picnic tables, cupboards, kitchen appliances, bed covers and much more. There are also stalls of accessories that give a small delight to women during the shopping.

“The reason why we visit this exhibition every time is because of the number of options that are available here. We are updated with the new products in the market and also get a look of variety in any product,” said a visitor, Sanjay Choudhary. Another visitor, who had visited the expo for the first time, was enthralled with various home decors available. “There are so many options for interior decoration here and that too at reasonable rates. Flower vases, creepers, paintings, portraits and also there is a wide range of handicraft products here, which is very impressive and attractive,” said Amruta Taru.

“There are exchange options available in this exhibition, therefore, we get an option to look at each stall where we get the best deal and buy a new product. I have never returned home without my hands full of shopping bags from this expo,” said Vijay Abhnave.
